How do SimplyRest Beds compare to Sleep Number or Tempurpedic?

Will my mattress make me hot while I sleep?
One of the many benefits of air beds is that they don't cause you to sleep hot. The covers are very breathable and allow your body to enjoy the cool flow of air throughout the night. This technology results in the most temperature regulated sleep ever!
Is there an adjustment period for my new Mattress?
Generally speaking, if the only mattress type you have slept prior to your having purchased one of our new adjustable air bedswas of the innerspring type, you may need a few nights to acclimate to the surface feel change between the two different technologies. Innerspring mattresses are made with a fixed firmness that is customized only by adding or removing layers on top of the mattress after the purchase. With air beds, you can select the exact firmness and pressure in the chambers to create perfect feel. Even with this new ability, your body will take time to adjust to not having to shift and reposition yourself on the mattress to try and get comfortable anymore.
What do I need to do to care for my mattress?
The warranty on the mattress becomes void if something is spilled on the mattress that ultimately leads to decomposition of the foam. The removable covers on our mattresses are easily washable for normal cleaning issues of perspiration and odor removal as such. We strongly suggest purchasing a water proof mattress protector to protect your investment if you eat or drink in bed, or perhaps if the user has incontinence issues.
What do you charge for shipping?
We provide free curbside shipping on all of our products. White Glove service is available for an additional charge.
Can I return my mattress if I do not like it?
At SimplyRest, we understand that the relationship between you, your comfort, and your mattress is important. We offer a 90 day, in-home trial period for you to fully experience the real benefits of sound sleep. If you are unsatisfied with the level of comfort, we emphasize a no-hassle return & no-hassle exchange process. Simply call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then just ship the mattress back to us to receive a full refund.
How can I pay for my mattress?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and also "Check and or Savings account by Phone"
How long will it take to get my mattress?

Can I use my box-springs with your mattress?
All mattresses should sit on top of a solid flat surface to maintain the integrity and longevity. If you have a newer Box Spring foundation without sagging or any misshaped coils within, you may use a 1/2" piece of plywood to place on top of the foundation as support for the mattress to satisfy the warranty requirements.
