90-NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL
At SimplyRest, we understand that the relationship between you, your comfort, and your mattress is important. We offer a 90 day, in-home trial period for you to fully experience the real benefits of sound sleep. If you are unsatisfied with the level of comfort, we emphasize a no-hassle return & no-hassle exchange process.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your time is valuable. We make returns and exchanges easy at SimplyRest:
- Sleep on your new SimplyRest mattress for at least 30 nights to fully experience its comfort and support.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the comfort of your mattress after trying it for for at least 30 days, simply call or email customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Once the RMA is issued, simply package the mattress (in its original packaging) and ship the mattress back to our warehouse.
- After the mattress is verified to be free of stains or odors, we’ll issue you a full refund.
Please note: We don't accept RMA requests until after a full 30 day trial.

What can be returned?
Mattresses (air beds, memory foam and latex) that are in like-new condition, without damage, stains, or odors.
What can not be returned?
Accessories, toppers, foundations, and adjustable bases do not have a trial period and are non-returnable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
It is our greatest desire that you have a mattress system that meets your every comfort expectation. In order for your sleep experience to be successful on every level, it is important that you order the correct mattress size.
Please measure your bed frame or platform and make sure you order the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 90 DAYS?
