Air Beds
20 Year Warranty
Years 0-2
Full warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the mattress, foundation, processor, and hand control. During this period, the owner will not pay shipping costs.
Years 2-7
Owner receives credit of 50% of suggested retail price for the defective component. This credit may be used only toward the purchase of a replacement part. During this period, the owner is responsible for shipping costs.
Years 7-20
Owner receives credit of 20% of suggested retail price for the defective component. This credit may be used only toward the purchase of a replacement part. During this period, the owner is responsible for shipping costs.
Overview of Terms & Limitations:
The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering, damages by shipper or installation crew, comfort preference, fabric stains, soiling, or burns, or body impressions less than 2" deep.

5 Year Warranty
Year 1: Full Warranty
Your Signature&trade adjustable bed is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser. During the first year the warranty provider will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser and defective part. This includes all authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective. This warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to the warranty provider within 15 days of purchaser's receipt of replacement part.
Years 2-5: Limited Warranty
Upon notice during the 2 through 5 years from the warranty commencement date, the warranty provider will offer replacement parts (upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph) for any mechanical bed part found to be defective. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are excluded. Purchaser shall pay 1/4th of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years after one (1) year from the warranty commencement date, and Reseller shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. This (4) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to the warranty provider within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part. Purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping cost related to the delivery and/ or replacement of the defective parts. After the 5th year, purchaser shall bear the entire cost of repair and replacement of all parts and materials, including labor and transportation. Additional terms and conditions apply. Years 4-20: Limited Warranty
Upon notice during the 4 through 20 years from the warranty commencement date, the warranty provider will offer replacement parts (upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph) for any mechanical bed part found to be defective. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are excluded. Purchaser shall pay 1/17th of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years after three (3) years from the warranty commencement date, and Reseller shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. This (17) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to the warranty provider within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part. Purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping cost related to the delivery and/ or replacement of the defective parts. After the 20th year, purchaser shall bear the entire cost of repair and replacement of all parts and materials, including labor and transportation. Additional terms and conditions apply. Lifetime Limited Warranty
Leggett & Platt© adjustable beds feature a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship with superior service and support. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Your adjustable bed includes a Warranty registration card that MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt of product. For systems with DC Motors:- 1 Year Full Warranty
- 2 Year Parts Only Warranty
- Lifetime Limited on Mechanics (Excludes Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors)
For systems with AC Motors:
- 1 Year Full Warranty
- 5 Year Parts Only Warranty
- Lifetime Limited on Mechanics (Excludes Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors)
Overview of Terms & Limitations:
This warranty does not apply; (a) to any damage caused by the purchaser; (b) if there has been any repair or replacement of adjustable bed parts by an unauthorized person; (c) if the adjustable bed has been mishandled (whether in transit or by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any manner inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owners Manual and this warranty. Repairs to or replacement of an adjustable bed or its components under the terms of this limited warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period. The decision to repair or to replace defective parts under this warranty shall be made, or cause to be made, by L&P at its option and in its sole discretion.
Memory Foam Mattresses
25 Year Warranty
Years 0-15
Full replacement warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the mattress. This includes impressions that are 3/4" or greater.
Years 16-25
Owner receives credit of 25% of suggested retail price for the defective component. This credit may be used only toward the purchase of a replacement part.
Overview of Terms & Limitations:
The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering, damages by owner, shipper, or installation crew, comfort preference, fabric stains, soiling, or burns, yellowing of the foam, or body impressions less than 3/4" deep. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Latex Mattresses
20 Year Warranty
Years 0-5
Full replacement warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the mattress. This includes impressions that are 3/4" or greater.
Years 6-20
Owner receives credit of 25% of suggested retail price for the defective component. This credit may be used only toward the purchase of a replacement part.
